1. Our Products

Sameforu curates and sells practical wellness, self-care, and everyday home products, including the T-Pulse massager line.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, dimensions, specifications, and availability accurately. Minor variations may occur because of screen settings, photography, production batches, or product updates.

2. Ordering and Payment

After you place an order, we will send an order-confirmation email acknowledging receipt. A contract of sale is formed when we dispatch the items in your order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout; availability can vary by destination, device, currency, and provider availability.

Prices are shown in USD or, where available, your local currency. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $68 or more receive free base shipping; remote-area surcharges and optional services such as Shipping Protection are not included in that promotion.

The checkout page displays the final amount payable for your order, including the applicable product price, shipping charges, remote-area surcharge where applicable, discounts, and any optional service selected at checkout. Import duties and taxes are prepaid by us under DDP and are not shown as separate checkout charges. Please review the checkout total before submitting your order. We may correct an obvious pricing or availability error and, if needed, cancel the affected order with a full refund.

3. Order Changes and Cancellation

We can only guarantee order changes or cancellation requests made within 2 hours of purchase. To request a change or cancellation, email us with your order number and “URGENT” in the subject line. After the 2-hour window, we will try to help where possible, but cannot guarantee that an order can be changed, cancelled, or intercepted once it enters fulfillment or has been dispatched.

4. Shipping, Risk, and Title

Available destinations, estimated delivery windows, shipping charges, DDP customs arrangements, tracking, and delivery-issue procedures are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and confirmed at checkout. Delivery estimates are made in good faith and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you designated to receive them, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your country of residence. Title to the goods passes when we receive full payment.

5. Returns, Warranty, and Consumer Guarantees

Your purchase is covered by our 30-Day Easy Returns policy and our voluntary 180-Day Warranty Policy. These policies do not limit mandatory statutory rights you hold as a consumer in your country of residence, including, where applicable, the EU/EEA and UK 14-day withdrawal right and legal conformity rights.

6. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes apply to product prices only unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other codes unless expressly stated, and must be applied at checkout. We cannot retroactively apply a code to a completed order. The “10% off your first order” offer is limited to one use per customer unless the offer terms state otherwise.

7. Your Account and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for providing accurate information. You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, scrape or copy Site content for commercial use, submit false reviews, or place fraudulent orders.

8. Reviews and User Content

By submitting a review, photo, video, or comment, you grant Sameforu a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it in connection with our products, Site, and marketing. Content must reflect genuine experience; any discount, free product, payment, commission, or other material benefit must be disclosed where required. We do not require a positive review in exchange for a benefit and may remove unlawful, misleading, infringing, or unauthorized personal-data content.

9. Intellectual Property

All Site content, including product designs, images, videos, text, logos, and the Sameforu and T-Pulse names, is owned by or licensed to HONGKONG SAMEFORU LTD and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit this content without our prior written permission.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Our total liability for a claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you are a consumer, you retain the mandatory rights granted by the laws of your country of residence.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

Most concerns can be resolved fastest by emailing us. We aim to respond within 3 business days and to work with you in good faith. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. However, if you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction whose laws grant mandatory protections or the right to bring proceedings in local courts, nothing in these Terms takes those rights away from you. Nothing in this section requires you to delay or waive any non-waivable consumer, payment-provider, or statutory right available to you.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our business or applicable law evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page at least 14 days before taking effect and will not apply retroactively to orders already placed, unless required by law or necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Site.
