EU Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. For split deliveries, the period expires 14 days after you acquire physical possession of the last good.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We do not reimburse supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offered.

We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur a fee for the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever happens first.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please contact us before returning an item; our support team will provide the designated return address for your order within 3 business days. You are responsible only for diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

3. Relationship to Our 30-Day Return and Warranty Policies

This statutory withdrawal right applies to eligible orders, including discounted and promotional items, and exists in addition to our voluntary 30-Day Easy Returns and Warranty Policy. Nothing in those policies limits your statutory withdrawal rights.

If you wish to make a voluntary exchange rather than withdraw, we will confirm the available exchange option and any applicable return or re-shipment cost before processing. Warranty replacements are governed by our Warranty Policy.
