Our Commitment to You

At Sameforu, we want you to love your small home appliances. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our straightforward 30-day return and exchange policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Items must be requested for return within 30 natural days of your order date. To ensure a smooth process, please ensure:

  • Condition: Products must be in new, resalable condition, showing no signs of use, wear, or disassembly.

  • Packaging: All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and parts must be included.

  • Important Notes: * Items that are opened or not in original condition may incur a restocking fee (up to 50%).

    • We cannot accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, unauthorized disassembly, or customer error.

    • Items that do not meet these criteria will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

2. Who Covers Shipping Costs?

  • Quality Issues: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, Sameforu covers all return shipping costs.

  • Personal Reasons: For non-quality issues (e.g., changed your mind, wrong color/model), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

    Good News: We have local return centers in the US (3), UK, France, Germany, and Australia (2) to make your return faster and more affordable.

3. How to Start a Return (Step-by-Step)

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: Do NOT ship items back to the address on your shipping label. We will provide a specific local warehouse address once your request is approved.

  1. Contact Us: Email hello@sameforu.com or message us on FB/IG with your Order Number.

  2. Get Approval: Receive the correct return address and instructions via email.

  3. Ship It: Send the item back and provide us with the tracking number.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. (In some cases, store credit/e-gift cards may be issued).


4. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged (shipping damage) or something is missing:

  • Time Limit: Report it within 5 business days of delivery.

  • What we need: Your order number, photos of the damaged item/packaging, and a photo of your packing slip.

5. Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you may choose to reship (customer pays shipping) or receive a refund minus a $5 processing fee per item and the original shipping cost.

  • Shipping Insurance ($1): We highly recommend adding insurance at checkout. This covers 100% of loss or damage caused by logistics providers.

  • Communication: If we contact you regarding delivery issues and receive no reply within 2 weeks (after 3 attempts), the order will be considered abandoned and non-refundable.


6. Exchanges

  • For Quality Issues: Free exchange for a new unit.

  • For Personal Reasons: Supported if the item is new and unused; however, the customer covers the shipping costs.
