If a customer attempts to abuse international banking mechanisms by executing bad-faith dispute remedies (e.g., filing a 'Package Not Received' chargeback despite confirmed delivery telemetry and tracking logs), we will deploy full legal resistance:

• Evidentiary Submission: Complete logistical scan records, customer IP address verification, checkout timestamp histories, and insurance selection status will be provided directly to the processing merchant bank (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, etc.).
• Blacklist Exclusion: Accounts involved in fraudulent transactional manipulation or chargeback extortion will be permanently barred from future interactions across all brand networks managed by our parent corporation.

4. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
