Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Sameforu, we are committed to providing a transparent and reliable shipping experience. We handle the complexities of international logistics so you can enjoy our high-quality home appliances without worry.

1. Shipping Destinations & Rates

We currently provide dedicated shipping services to the following countries and regions. All shipping fees include applicable taxes and customs duties (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid), meaning the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

2. Order Processing & Timeline

To ensure accuracy, every order undergoes a thorough inspection before leaving our hub.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+08:00) Hong Kong Standard Time.

  • Order Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

  • Total Delivery Time: Handling Time + Transit Time.

  • Shipping Origin: All orders are dispatched from our central logistics hub in Hong Kong.


3. Addressing Common Shipping Disputes

A. "Why was I charged an extra $5?" (Remote Area Surcharge)

  • The Issue: International carriers charge significant surcharges for delivery to non-mainland or rural areas.

  • Our Solution: A $5.00 USD surcharge applies to orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other remote regions as defined by USPS/DHL. This fee is calculated automatically and displayed transparently at checkout before you complete your payment.

B. "My address is wrong, can I change it?"

  • The Issue: Customers often realize an address error after the package is in transit.

  • Our Solution: You have a 12-hour grace period to email hello@sameforu.com with corrections. Once the "Order Fulfillment" email is sent, the routing cannot be changed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a $7.90 reshipping fee will apply.

C. "Tracking shows 'Delivered' but I don't have it."

  • The Issue: Package theft or carrier misplacement.

  • Our Solution: If tracking confirms delivery, please check with household members or neighbors. Sameforu is not legally liable for theft after a successful delivery. However, for total protection, we offer $1 Shipping Insurance at checkout. If you purchased insurance and the package is missing, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

D. "Are there hidden customs fees?"

  • The Issue: High import taxes in the EU, UK, or Canada.

  • Our Solution: No. We ship via the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) method. We pre-pay all import duties. If you are ever asked by a courier to pay extra fees to release your package, please contact us immediately—you should not have to pay a cent more than your checkout total.


4. Order Tracking & Notifications

  • Notification: You will receive a Tracking Number via email within 48 hours of your package being dispatched.

  • Activation: Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier's system to reflect the first scan.

  • Support: If your tracking has no update for more than 7 business days, please reach out to us at hello@sameforu.com so we can escalate the inquiry with the carrier.


5. Items Not Eligible for Return due to Shipping

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for returns initiated due to "personal reasons" (e.g., changed mind).

  • If an order is refused by the recipient upon delivery for non-quality reasons, the return shipping cost and a $5.00 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
