Return & Refund Policy
A clear 30-day voluntary return process, transparent exchange terms, and the warranty route for qualifying faults.

1. Our 30-Day Easy Returns
You may request a voluntary return within 30 days from the day your order is delivered, for any reason. You may open the box and carefully try the product. Normal signs of careful use do not by themselves void a return. Please include original accessories, such as charging cables, attachment heads, and manuals, where applicable.
To start a return, email us with your order number and a brief description of the request. We will reply within 3 business days with the designated return address for your order.

Do not send an item back before receiving the return address from our team. Packages sent to an unauthorized address may be delayed, returned, or ineligible for refund because we may be unable to identify or receive them.
2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

3. When and How You Receive a Refund
Once your return arrives at the designated return address, or once you provide valid evidence that it has been handed to the carrier where required by law, we will inspect and process the refund within 5 business days and, where applicable law requires, no later than 14 days after receiving the necessary withdrawal or return information. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Voluntary exchange and warranty replacement are different
For a voluntary exchange within the 30-Day Easy Returns window, we will confirm the available exchange option and any applicable return or re-shipment cost before processing. Warranty replacements are governed by our Warranty Policy.
4. Items Not Eligible for Voluntary Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept voluntary returns of items that are heavily soiled, intentionally damaged, or missing major components. Gift cards are non-refundable.
EU/EEA and UK consumers: Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights. Please see our Right of Withdrawal page for information about the applicable 14-day legal withdrawal right.
5. Something Wrong? Let Us Help First
For setup help or a qualifying fault, email hello@sameforu.com with your order number. Customer Care aims to respond within 3 business days.
Defect, exchange, and warranty routes: A confirmed defect handled as a return or refund follows the table above. For a voluntary exchange, we will confirm any return or re-shipment cost before processing. Approved 180-Day Warranty replacements follow the Warranty Policy, including the shipping cost for the replacement unit. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
If a confirmed defect is handled as a return or refund under this 30-Day Return Policy, the return-shipping arrangement in this policy applies. If you choose or are approved for a replacement under the voluntary 180-Day Warranty, the Warranty Policy applies, including the shipping cost for the replacement unit. Mandatory legal rights and remedies remain unaffected.
